Day 1 of 100

The first recording in the Tiny Leaps Series.

On day 6, I felt moved to make this recording. I really enjoyed it and thought I might continue with it. Hence why it starts on day 6 and not day 1. Some insights post deep meditation on making space for what you love in your life and how fear attempts to keep us imprisoned - only if we let it.

“I used to believe that we are at our happiest when we are content and really comfortable, but that’s not really true. “I think it’s just really weird that people don’t interact anymore, we’re all so digital these days. I think engaging with other humans is so important, and you often find out things you never knew existed in the world if you weren’t talking to someone doing your nails or someone in a lift.” - Mandi Gunsberger
